Czech Pilsner
5.0% ABV | 32 IBU
The Original Flagship: As our first release, this true Czech Pilsner sets the standard for quality in the region. It is crystal clear and deep golden in colour, featuring a crisp, clean finish with light notes of straw and grain. We use only premium SAAZ noble hops to ensure a perfectly balanced bitterness and aroma.
Honey Cream Lager
5.0% ABV | 12 IBU
The Local Favourite: This is an exceptional, easy drinking lager brewed with locally sourced Huron County honey. The addition of honey imparts a delicate floral sweetness that shines through the clean, crisp body. With very little hop bitterness, it is a smooth and refreshing choice for any occasion.
Dark Lager (Dunkel)
5.0% ABV | 24 IBU
The Toasted Standard: Our traditional German Dunkel is brewed with eight unique German malts to create a complex but refreshing dark lager. You can expect moderate flavours of chocolate, coffee, and toasted caramel while maintaining a clean finish. We use Czech noble hops to compliment the rich malt profile.
Irish Red Lager
5.0% ABV
The Balanced Pour: This deep copper-red lager offers a moderate malt character filled with toasted and caramel notes. By using a small amount of roasted barley, we achieve its distinct red hue and a touch of dryness on the finish. It is a balanced, easy drinking pint that brings a traditional Irish style to our local lineup.
Bavarian Lager
5.0% ABV | 24 IBU
The Heritage Lager: Rich with malt flavour and a golden amber colour, this lager is a tribute to the traditional German styles Mike studied in Munich. It features a slight caramel finish and a good balance of clean hop bitterness, making it a sophisticated choice for fans of malt-forward beers.
Cerveza
4.5% ABV | 12 IBU
The Summer Essential: Inspired by the refreshing lagers of Mexico, our Cerveza is brewed for sunshine and relaxation. It features a very light body and a crisp finish with minimal bitterness. Whether you are enjoying a pint on our patio or taking a few home for the weekend, it is the ultimate companion for a warm Huron County afternoon.
Pure Water. Local Roots.
Great lager starts deep underground. Every batch of Stone House beer is brewed with pure water from our own 250-foot deep well. Combined with premium Canadian malted barley and local Huron County honey, this mineral-rich source creates a crisp, honest profile you won’t find anywhere else. It is the foundation of our process and the original taste of the land we call home.
